- Add your ingredients. Enter stock on hand, units, cost per unit and a low-stock threshold. For example, record butter in grams and its cost per gram.
- Save one sellable recipe. Add the ingredient quantities for one item or box, plus its selling price. The app calculates ingredient cost and margin before other expenses.
- Record what you sell. Selling two boxes deducts twice the ingredient quantities saved for one box. Review low stock before the next batch and record restocks or waste as they happen.

Illustrative quantities. Set up recipes per unit sold; dividing a batch into boxes is part of your recipe setup. Stock changes when you record the sale, not when a customer orders elsewhere.
What to know before subscribing
- You enter recipes, purchases and sales. There is no automatic connection to your till, online shop or suppliers.
- Saved recipe margins use ingredient costs. Include labor, packaging and overhead when setting prices; the free bakery calculator helps with that calculation.
- The calculator and its CSV download are free. Its entries do not transfer into a paid account.
- Both plans include saved recipes, inventory, sales and cloud sync. Payment starts app access. Cancel future renewals from your profile.
